Irsay: Manning-Luck change ‘right thing to do’

Colts owner Jim Irsay took a moment from his team’s celebration of reaching the AFC title game Sunday to publicly assess his decision to cut Broncos quarterback Peyton Manning in 2012 so he could use the top pick to draft Andrew Luck.
