Indians’ Miller won’t throw for next 5-7 days
After the Indians placed All-Star reliever Andrew Miller on the 10-day disabled list on Tuesday with reaggravated patellar tendinitis in his right knee, Indians manager Terry Francona said that the team’s medical staff wanted to be proactive by getting several opinions on the injury.
