Gray, Garcia fulfilling dreams in joining Yanks
While growing up in Tennessee, Sonny Gray remembers thinking that it seemed like “every kid wanted to play for the Yankees,” a dream that the right-hander now will have a chance to experience on a nightly basis. It was also an opportunity that he had to explain to his 2 1/2-year-old son, Gunnar.
