Gannon: Raiders foster ‘commitment to mediocrity’

The Oakland Raiders haven’t made the playoffs since Rich Gannon guided them to Super Bowl XXXVII more than a decade ago. The former quarterback isn’t happy with the mess they’ve made since then.
