Galvis lifts SD with grand slam vs. former club

Freddy Galvis continued to torment his former club on Sunday afternoon, swatting his first career grand slam and sending the Padres to a 9-3 victory at Petco Park. In 22 at-bats against Philadelphia this season, Galvis has 10 hits. His third-inning slam was more than enough support for a dominant Joey Lucchesi, who worked six scoreless frames, allowing only two hits while striking out six.
