Frazier, Swarzak rejoin Mets after DL stints

The Mets on Tuesday returned infielder Todd Frazier and righthanded pitcher Anthony Swarzak from their rehabilitation assignments and reinstated them from the disabled list. Both will be active for Tuesday night’s series opener with Baltimore. Additionally, right-handed pitcher Gerson Bautista has been optioned to Las Vegas (AAA) of the Pacific Coast League and left-handed pitcher Buddy Baumann has been designated for assignment.
