Find Nimmo in ASG? Write-in option hits 7th HR

It has hardly gone unnoticed that Brandon Nimmo has caught fire — his two-run homer in the third inning Friday was his fifth in 11 games — just as MLB All-Star Game voting is beginning. Nimmo, conspicuously, is not on the ballot, despite offensive rate stats that rival Mike Trout, Mookie Betts and some of the game’s other greats.
