Fiers starts for A’s Wed.; Kelley joins bullpen

Newly acquired pitchers Mike Fiers and Shawn Kelley joined the A’s in Oakland on Tuesday. Manager Bob Melvin announced that Fiers will make his A’s debut with a start against the Dodgers on Wednesday. Kelley was available in the bullpen on Tuesday.
