Fenway perfect backdrop for Jeter’s sendoff

We are about to be given another Yankees-Red Sox memory this weekend at Fenway Park. Like so many others, it’s to be savored and celebrated and ultimately to be stored away in that certain area of the heart and mind. These two teams have given us so many memories through the years, so much passion and fire and grit, that it somehow seems fitting they’ll be the backdrop for Derek Jeter’s retirement.
