Dodgers place Perez on DL; Frias recalled

The Dodgers on Monday made their first move to address their pitching troubles, promoting right-handed starting pitcher Carlos Frias from Triple-A Albuquerque and placing right-handed reliever Chris Perez on the 15-day disabled list with bone spurs in his right ankle.
