D-backs issue statement on watch controversy
The D-backs issued a statement regarding the report in the New York Post that one of their coaches, Ariel Prieto, who also serves as the team’s interpreter for Spanish-speaking players, wore an electronic watch in the dugout during Wednesday’s National League Wild Card Game against the Rockies.
