Cueto exits rehab start with tight forearm

Giants starter Johnny Cueto experienced forearm tightness during his rehab start Monday at Class A San Jose, potentially slowing down his expected return to the rotation. San Francisco hoped he could be available this weekend against the visiting D-backs.
