Cubs add LHP Wilson, C Avila from Tigers

According to MLB.com’s Jon Paul Morosi, the Cubs dipped into their farm system again to acquire left-handed reliever Justin Wilson and catcher Alex Avila from the Tigers. The clubs have not confirmed the report.
