Cronin exchanges words with Xavier’s Macura

Cincinnati coach Mick Cronin exchanged words with Xavier’s J.P. Macura in the handshake line following Xavier’s 89-76 win in the Crosstown Shootout on Saturday. Xavier coach Chris Mack staunchly back Macura after the game.
