Colts fire Chuck Pagano after 4-12 season

The Indianapolis Colts fired Chuck Pagano after three seasons of missing the playoffs. Pagano led the Colts to the 2014 AFC title game, but after that, his fortunes fell with injuries to quarterback Andrew Luck
