Cole knocked around in second rehab start
Right-hander Gerrit Cole made his second start for Triple-A Indianapolis on Tuesday night. Cole — who’s been on the disabled list for a month with tightness in his right lat — was slated to pitch six or seven innings, but was removed during a rough fifth inning.
