Clippard, Strasburg among Nationals’ arb-eligibles

The Nationals have until 11:59 p.m. ET on Tuesday to tender contracts to Jerry Blevins, Tyler Clippard, Ross Detwiler, Danny Espinosa, Doug Fister, Craig Stammen, Stephen Strasburg, Drew Storen and Wilson Ramos. That’s not including Bryce Harper, who could be involved in a grievance hearing this month to determine if he is arbitration-eligible.
