Chip Kelly plans to evaluate Nick Foles in offseason

A decision is coming one way or another for the Philadelphia Eagles quarterback position. Coach Chip Kelly said even though an injury hurts the process he’ll evaluate Nick Foles on the games he did play with the Eagles.
