Chip Kelly: DeSean Jackson didn’t draw double-teams

The Philadelphia Eagles cut their most talented receiver from last season, DeSean Jackson. Coach Chip Kelly said the loss was mitigated because teams didn’t double-cover Jackson last year anyway.
