Chappy goes deep twice as A’s earn series W

Matt Chapman (Chappy) posted a two-homer game to lead the A’s to a series win over the Twins. Jed Lowrie (Jedi) went back to back with Chapman with a solo home run in the seventh as part of his three-RBI performance, and Stephen Piscotty (Momo) hit a solo rocket in the sixth. Chris Bassitt (C Bass) tossed 4 2/3 innings of one-run ball for the A’s in his spot start. Tyler Austin (TA) homered twice — both solo rockets — to lead the Twins’ offense.
