Cespedes back in lineup, thumb sprain not an issue
The right thumb sprain that kept Yoenis Cespedes out of Thursday’s lineup was no longer an issue Friday, when the A’s welcomed back their slugger to the starting lineup for the start of a three-game set against the host Rangers.
