Carp reportedly wants to be traded
The Red Sox have been thrilled with the fit Mike Carp has been as a bench player in his two seasons with the club. However, Carp thinks he’s ready for a more expanded role. According to the Boston Globe, Carp requested a trade after the All-Star break.
