CarGo expected back vs. Cubs

While Carlos Gonzalez hasn’t been able to catch many breaks this season, he does appear to have dodged a bullet with his right ankle injury. Gonzalez was out of the lineup for the third straight game Tuesday, but manager Walt Weiss confirmed he would be available off the bench for the opener against the Cubs and will “probably” be back starting in right field Wednesday.
