Cardinals option Martinez, recall Robinson

The Cardinals optioned right-handed pitcher Carlos Martinez to Triple-A Memphis on Friday and recalled outfielder Shane Robinson from the same club. St. Louis also added newly acquired pitchers John Lackey and Justin Masterson to its 25-man active roster.
