Can Charlotte’s ‘roval’ track live up to the hype?

The new 2.28-mile ‘roval’ at Charlotte Motor Speedway might not deliver everything NASCAR fans and drivers would want out of a road course race, but it will deliver the drama of a playoff elimination race.
