Byrd lays out in right field to preserve no-hitter

Every no-hitter seems to have at least one memorable defensive play, and Monday’s at Turner Field proved no different. Phillies right fielder Marlon Byrd made a diving catch in the third inning that not only kept the combined no-no alive in a 7-0 victory over the Braves, but also prevented a couple runs from scoring.
