Busy Blue Jays make Melky a qualifying offer

In addition to extending a $15.3 million qualifying offer to Melky Cabrera on Saturday, the Blue Jays picked up options on J.A. Happ, and Josh Thole. They also bought out Brandon Morrow, Sergio Santos and Dustin McGowan.
