Burger carted off after left Achilles injury

White Sox rookie third baseman Jake Burger sustained a left achilles injury while running out a ground ball in the bottom of the third inning against the A’s on Monday afternoon at Camelback Ranch. His status will be updated on Tuesday, according to the club.
