Building on Selig’s success key for Manfred

Commissioner-elect Rob Manfred has to find ways to build off the success MLB has experienced during Bud Selig’s tenure, and he knows it won’t be easy. That said, he is as well prepared as he can be, having been groomed for the job by Selig.
