Braves, Angels discussing Phillips deal
The Angels made a big splash Thursday afternoon as they acquired Justin Upton from the Tigers, and they are now talking to the Braves about the possibility of adding Brandon Phillips to serve as their second baseman as they make a push toward a postseason berth.
