Boone says ‘zero intent’ on pitch to Betts
After adding several arms in an active few weeks leading up to this past Tuesday’s non-waiver Trade Deadline, the Yankees made another move on Saturday, acquiring veteran reliever George Kontos from the Indians in exchange for cash considerations. Kontos was assigned to Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes-Barre.
