Bill O’Brien: Ryan Fitzpatrick ‘is our quarterback’

Despite losing three straight, Houston is not yet looking for Ryan Mallett to save the day. Texans coach Bill O’Brien declared Ryan Fitzpatrick the team’s quarterback Tuesday despite three straight losses.
