Banister: Choo deserves All-Star consideration

Rangers manager Jeff Banister said he believes that Shin-Soo Choo has done enough this season to earn All-Star consideration. And in the coming weeks, Banister said he could make a pitch for Choo to Astros manager AJ Hinch, who will manage the American League in the All-Star Game presented by Mastercard.
