Back-to-back jacks in ninth keep Tigers on pace

Torii Hunter and Miguel Cabrera hit back-to-back homers leading off the top of the ninth inning on Monday to bail out the bullpen, and the Tigers opened a three-game series with an 8-6 win over the Twins at Target Field.
