Astros sweep Halos behind Valdez’s first start

Just like his first career relief appearance on Tuesday, Framber Valdez was victorious in his first career start on Sunday to finish a sweep of the Angels with a 3-1 Astros win. The 24-year-old southpaw held the Angels to one run and two hits over five innings, striking out three and walking three.
