Astros sign Castro, Sipp, Conger to 1-year deals

The Astros reached one-year deals with catcher Jason Castro ($4 million) and left-handed pitcher Tony Sipp ($2.4 million) prior to Friday’s deadline for arbitration-eligible players to exchange numbers with their teams.
