Anibal exits game with right pectoral strain

An initial exam diagnosed right-hander Anibal Sanchez with a right pectoral muscle strain after he exited Friday night’s 5-4 win over the Blue Jays in the fifth inning. He’ll return to Detroit on Saturday for an MRI exam.
