Angels call up EY Jr., option Blash to Triple-A

Eric Young Jr. was called up for his first stint in the Majors on Friday and replaced fellow outfielder Jabari Blash, who was optioned to Triple-A Salt Lake. To clear a spot for Young on the 40-man roster, the Angels transferred left-hander John Lamb (Tommy John surgery) to the 60-day disabled list.
