Ailing Siegrist likely out for remainder of playoffs

The Cardinals will play the NLCS with a roster of 11 pitchers, one fewer than the club carried in the NLDS. If they advance to the World Series, lefty reliever Kevin Siegrist is not expected to be under consideration for a future add.
