Aggressive Preller has Padres all-in

New executive VP and GM A.J. Preller wanted to change the Padres, and emphatically. He has wasted no time doing it, adding Justin Upton, Matt Kemp and Wil Myers to what was the big league’s least productive offense in 2014.
