After sim game, Kershaw on pace for NLDS opener

Clayton Kershaw threw 32 pitches in a simulated game Sunday, and the left-hander said he’s on pace to start Game 1 of the National League Division Series against the Cardinals on Friday. The Dodgers have not yet officially announced a starter for the game.
