Abreu stands out among AL ROY candidates

Jose Abreu showed early on in his rookie season that he was a force to be reckoned with. The talented Cuban slugger quickly emerged as a feared presence in the White Sox lineup and racked up historical offensive numbers that should earn him the BBWAA American League Rookie of the Year Award.
