Kershaw gets 18th win as Dodgers pad lead

Clayton Kershaw became the Major Leagues’ first 18-game winner this season by beating the Padres, 10-3, on Monday, extending the Dodgers’ win streak to four and their lead in the National League West to 3 1/2 games over idle San Francisco.
