Tuivailala injures Achilles tendon in rundown
Mariners reliever Sam Tuivailala, who had been acquired from the Cardinals in a trade less than two weeks ago, strained his right Achilles tendon during a rundown in the sixth inning of Wednesday afternoon’s game against the Rangers and had to be helped off the field.
