Flaherty, Carpenter star as Cards topple Bucs

The Cardinals took the rubber game of a three-game set at PNC Park on Sunday, 2-1, behind another Matt Carpenter home run and stellar start by Jack Flaherty. The win marks their third consecutive series victory, the first time they’ve reached that mark all season. Adam Frazier supplied the lone run for Pittsburgh with a home run in the seventh.
