Cam Newton (ribs) out vs. Bucs; Derek Anderson starts

The Panthers will have to start their defense of the NFC South crown without their star QB. Derek Anderson will start in Cam Newton’s place vs. the Bucs. Newton is still dealing with a rib injury.
