Delaware casinos begin offering sports betting
Delaware ushered in a new era in gambling Tuesday, becoming the first state to offer sports betting since the Supreme Court’s historic ruling last month. Gov. John Carney placed the first bet, wagering $10 on the Phillies to beat the Cubs.
