Injury roundup: Joe Mays, Marquess Wilson on IR-recall

The Kansas City Chiefs placed veteran linebacker Joe Mays on the injured reserve-designated to return list on Tuesday, while the Chicago Bears did the same with wideout Marquess Wilson.
