Nats call up prospects Bautista, Sanchez

Infielder Adrian Sanchez and outfielder Rafael Bautista were promoted from Triple-A Syracuse and joined the Nationals prior to Tuesday night’s game in San Francisco. The team placed Shawn Kelley, who exited Monday night’s game with an ulnar nerve irritation, on the 10-day disabled list and optioned Matt Reynolds to Triple-A Syracuse as the corresponding moves.
