Morning Skate: New Year’s resolutions for the NHL

We have some suggestions for the NHL in 2018, including refining (or abolishing) the offside coach’s challenge; giving fan bases in Arizona, Ottawa and Calgary clarity; and better promoting young stars like Connor McDavid and Auston Matthews in the U.S.
